Megan Cullen is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in the Property Rights Group. Megan is a results-focused, triple-qualified attorney with experience managing complex litigation. Her practice has focused on business and commercial litigation, including real estate, contract law, intellectual property, and complex civil matters.

Megan has managed cases in multiple jurisdictions and achieved successful outcomes for clients by providing well-rounded legal advice and innovative legal solutions. She has represented clients in mediation, arbitration, and all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through settlement and trial.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Megan developed her litigation skills representing plaintiffs and defendants at a law firm in Denver. She handled various complex litigation matters, including real property disputes, regulatory issues, contract breaches, commercial disputes, torts, and bankruptcy. Megan also has experience working in-house for a global entertainment company.

Earlier in her career, Megan practiced law in Scotland at a leading law firm specializing in complex civil litigation and real estate litigation matters.

Megan’s unique background working among different legal systems, both in-house and private practices, gives her a breadth of experience, making her adaptable to her client’s needs through understanding diverse perspectives and competing business demands.

Megan received her LL.B. (Scots & English Law Dual Qualifying Degree) and Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Dundee in Scotland. She also earned her LL.M. from the University of Southern California.

Megan is a member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is also active in the legal community and has handled pro bono matters in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
