Natalie Boldt is an associate in the Environmental & Public Lands Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice involves enforcement defense, environmental compliance, water rights, rulemaking, environmental diligence, and environmental litigation. Natalie serves clients across a variety of industries, including oil and gas, mining, building materials, real estate development, and municipalities.  

Natalie’s practice spans federal, state, and local regulation including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, the Colorado Energy and Carbon Management rules, and the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission regulations.

During law school, Natalie served as an associate editor for the Denver Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Lawyering Processes. In addition, Natalie was awarded several competitive scholarships for J.D. students committed to studying natural resources law, including the Michael and Charlene Gustafson Endowed Scholarship and a number of Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (FNREL) scholarships. 

Before attending law school, Natalie was an environmental, health, and safety (EHS) professional where she initially focused on air quality and later specialized in general EHS compliance, key performance indicators, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting.
