Natalie Boldt
Associate
Natalie Boldt is an associate in the Environmental & Public Lands Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice focuses on enforcement defense, environmental compliance, water rights, rulemaking, environmental due diligence, and litigation. She serves clients in the oil and gas, mining, building materials, and real estate development sectors.
Her expertise includes federal, state, and local regulations, such as the Clean Air Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, the Colorado Energy and Carbon Management rules, and the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission regulations. Leveraging the firm’s deep history in federal and state enforcement defense and litigation, Natalie develops legal strategies to address complex environmental issues. She helps clients achieve compliance while managing risks and obligations, effectively navigating intricate regulations and enforcement actions.
During law school, Natalie served as an associate editor for the Denver Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Lawyering Processes. In addition, Natalie was awarded several competitive scholarships for J.D. students committed to studying natural resources law, including the Michael and Charlene Gustafson Endowed Scholarship and a number of Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law scholarships.
Before law school, Natalie worked for seven years as an environmental, health, and safety (EHS) professional, managing air quality issues, conducting audits, and developing integration strategies.
Her background also includes EHS compliance, key performance indicators, and Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting.
Natalie earned her B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and her J.D. from University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
