Nick Moskevich
Associate
Nick is an associate in the Trial Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where his practice focuses on commercial litigation, complex contractual disputes, government investigations, intellectual property, and aviation matters.
Prior to pursuing a career as a lawyer, Nick served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. After graduating from Officer Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island Nick was stationed aboard the USS COWPENS and USS ANTIETAM in Yokosuka, Japan where he served as the Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer, Strike Warfare Officer, and Fire Control Officer. Ashore, Nick served as an Integrated Air and Missile Defense Warfare Tactics Instructor in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii where he trained combat watch teams in Air and Ballistic Missile Defense. In 2016, Nick was awarded the Surface Navy Association’s Admiral Arleigh Burke Operational Excellence Award in recognition of contributions to naval tactics.
Nick received his J.D. from the University of Denver, where he served as an associate editor for the Denver Law Review and a student attorney for the University of Denver Veterans Advocacy Program. Prior to law school, Nick received his B.S. in Neuroscience from Brandeis University. In the community, Nick serves on the Sakura Foundation Board of Directors and he maintains an active pro bono practice that focuses on federal pro se and immigration matters.
