Pamela Hirschman is a partner in the Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Pamela brings extensive experience in trademark law, underpinned by her experience as a former trademark examining attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her practice encompasses all facets of trademark prosecution and maintenance of trademark registrations filed in the U.S.P.T.O., as well as Ex Parte and Inter Partes proceedings before the office’s Trial and Appeal Board.

Pamela is well-versed in conducting trademark clearance searches, maintaining and safeguarding trademark registrations, and preparing comprehensive license agreements and intellectual property transfer agreements. Pamela excels in enforcing her clients’ portfolios, ensuring robust protection by policing and defending their trademark registrations, and assisting clients in creating international trademark portfolios designed to maximize their coverage.

Pamela’s international trademark capabilities include handling Madrid Protocol filings, European Community filings, and national filings throughout the world, leveraging a global network of foreign trademark experts to ensure seamless maintenance of international portfolios. Her practice extends to drafting a broad range of IP agreements, including licenses, IP transfer agreements, co-existence, consent, and service agreements.

Her practice also covers the filing and prosecution of copyright registration applications with the U.S. Copyright Office, Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Proceedings, and the drafting of terms of use and privacy policies for internet websites.

Pamela is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Supreme Court.
