Sarah Walker is an associate in the Business & Corporate Advisory Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School. During law school, Sarah served as a production editor for the Colorado Law Review and co-president of the Public Interest Student Association.

Earlier, Sarah was a law clerk at the Colorado Municipal League, where she supported the legal department by researching legal questions related to state and local government, responding to inquiries from municipalities throughout Colorado, and writing legal articles for CML publications. Most recently, Sarah was a summer law clerk in the Davis Graham Transactions Department.

Before law school, Sarah graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in public policy from William & Mary, where she also studied abroad during her undergraduate studies at the Lorenzo de’ Medici Institute in Florence, Italy.
