Stephanie Morr

Stephanie Morr is a staff attorney at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. She has vast experience representing oil and gas companies in an array of legal matters, including contract, acquisition and divestiture, regulatory, mineral title examination, drilling and division order title opinions, land issues, safety, and employment.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Stephanie was general counsel at an interstate natural gas transportation company based in Missouri and Denver. During that time, she gained experience with federal and state regulatory proceedings and regulatory compliance. She has managed significant litigation on behalf of natural gas pipelines and represented natural resource companies, financial institutions, and other organizations in all aspects of litigation.

Stephanie received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and graduated with honors from the University of Colorado. During law school, she served as editor for the Denver Law Review. Stephanie is admitted to practice in Colorado and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
