Stephen Snow is an associate in the Environmental & Public Lands Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. His practice focuses on litigation and regulatory matters related to the Clean Water Act, CERCLA, NEPA, and other federal and state environmental laws.

Stephen earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where he graduated with Highest Honors. While in law school, he served as chief online content editor for the Texas Law Review and worked as a legal intern and research consultant for prominent environmental public interest organizations.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Stephen clerked for the Honorable Scott T. Varholak of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the Honorable Nathan L. Hecht, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Texas.
