Stephen A. Snow is an associate in the Environmental & Public Lands Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP.

Stephen earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where he graduated with Highest Honors. While in law school, he served as chief online content editor for the Texas Law Review and earned several academic awards, including the Dean’s Achievement Awards in Civil Procedure, Jurisdiction and Judgements, Introduction to Intellectual Property, and Regulating Energy Markets. He was also recognized with the Outstanding First-Year Memorandum Award for exceptional legal writing.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Stephen clerked for the Honorable Scott T. Varholak of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the Honorable Nathan L. Hecht, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Texas. He gained further legal experience as a summer intern at the Southern Environmental Law Center in Chapel Hill, NC, and the Sierra Club’s Environmental Law Program in Washington, DC, sharpening his skills in environmental and energy law matters.

Earlier, Stephen served as a research consultant for the Environmental Defense Fund, where he focused on community emergency preparedness programs.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Stephen is a private pilot with an instrument rating and an avid endurance athlete, participating in ultramarathons, marathons, and gravel bike races.
