Ted Solley is counsel in the Employment & Labor Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP.

Ted counsels multi-state and national employers on transactional matters, policies, procedures, and employment-related disputes.  He has appeared in judicial and administrative proceedings nationwide, defending management and executives against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant violations.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Ted practiced in an Atlanta-based boutique law firm where he was instrumental in resolving over 350 employment disputes nationwide for a Fortune 50 financial institution. Earlier, Ted clerked for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Walter Johnson of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Ted earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Richmond.
