Trent Martinet
Partner
Trent Martinet is a partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP and chair of the firm’s Technology Transactions & Intellectual Property Group. He advises clients on legal issues related to corporate financing, intellectual property, technology, and commercial transactions matters. Trent represents startups, emerging growth, private equity, venture capital, and large private and public companies. He represents clients in a range of industries, such as software, SaaS, AdTech, AI, aviation, aerospace, health care, beverage distribution, consumer products, food, manufacturing, natural resources, energy, hospitality, telecommunications, and higher education. Trent is a publisher and lecturer on corporate, intellectual property, technology transactions, and commercial contracting topics. Prior to attending law school, Trent was a software developer. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of KidsTek Inc. and currently serves on the Development Committee at the Denver Art Museum and the Technology Affairs Council at the Colorado Technology Association.
