Vinineath (“Vini”) Nuon Gopal is a staff attorney at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where she specializes in handling large-scale document review and productions relevant to lawsuits, investigations, and other proceedings. Due to her extensive knowledge of electronic discovery matters and nearly 15 years of experience working with many different document review platforms, Vini enjoys the unique distinction of being the firm’s “go-to” document review attorney. She also regularly conducts research and analysis of applicable laws, prepares legal memoranda and briefs, and prepares court pleadings on a variety of subject matters.

Before returning as a staff attorney, Vini was an associate with Davis Graham from 2001 to 2007, representing clients in a variety of general employment and commercial litigation matters. From 2006-2007, Vini was part of a three-member Davis Graham team that served as the first-ever General Counsel to the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA).

Vini received her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, where she worked as a research assistant to Professor Hiroshi Motomura, the Nicholas Doman Professor of International Law, and was a member of the Colorado Law Review.

Vini received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where she was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She is admitted to practice in Colorado.
