Davis Graham is pleased to announce that the firm has added six new associates: Caitlin Dacus (Trial Group); Robert Hill (Asset Management Group); Annie Hoodecheck (Trial Group); Griffin Mansi (Environmental & Public Lands Group); Mary Slosson (Environmental & Public Lands Group); and Sarah Walker (Business & Corporate Advisory Group). Their collective experience will further bolster the firm’s capabilities when assisting clients with transactional matters and complex litigation.
Caitlin Dacus: A former summer law clerk at Davis Graham, Caitlin will focus her practice on litigation and disputes. Caitlin earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she served as editor-in-chief of Volume 95 of the University of Colorado Law Review. Her leadership and service during law school were recognized with multiple honors, including the Meritorious Student Award, OUTLaw’s Outstanding LGBTQ+ Student Award, and the Outstanding Mentor Award. Caitlin holds a B.A. from Oklahoma Baptist University. She is an alumni board member of the University of Colorado Law Review as well as a volunteer mock trial judge for CU Law. Caitlin is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Robert Hill: At Davis Graham, Rob will focus his practice on securities law and investment management matters. His background includes exposure to investment advisers and private fund regulation, Investment Company Act matters, exemptive applications, and regulatory examinations and investigations. Rob earned his J.D. with a specialization in securities law from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he served as the executive editor of Volume 74 of The Catholic University Law Review. He holds a B.A. in political science with a pre-law emphasis and a minor in Diplomacy from the University of Central Florida. Rob is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Annie Hoodecheck: A past summer law clerk at Davis Graham, Annie will focus her practice on litigation and commercial disputes. She earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During law school, Annie focused on litigation and oral advocacy and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers upon graduation. She also served as a law clerk at Zayo Group, LLC, where she focused on litigation and corporate governance. Annie received her B.S. from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, specializing in public policy analysis, business law, ethics, and decision-making. She graduated with honors and was a semi-finalist for the Fulbright U.S. Student Program. Annie is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Griffin Mansi: Griffin will focus his practice on permitting and uses of federal public lands. He earned his B.A. from Colorado College and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he completed a certificate in Environment and Natural Resources Law and Policy. During law school, he participated in the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition (NELMCC), where he briefed and argued novel environmental litigation issues against teams across the country. In addition, Griffin gained practical experience through internships with the Honorable Kristen L. Mix of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the Natural Resources and Environment Division of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. Griffin is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Mary Slosson: Mary will focus her practice on environmental law and litigation matters. Mary earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, her M.A. in Journalism from the University of Southern California, and her B.A. in Foreign Affairs and French Literature from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining Davis Graham, Mary served as a law clerk and judicial assistant for the Honorable Maria Berkenkotter of the Colorado Supreme Court. During law school, Mary served as an associate editor for the University of Colorado Law Review. She also worked as a law clerk in Denver Water’s Office of General Counsel, as a legal extern in the Natural Resources and Environment Section of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, and as a judicial extern for both the Honorable Melissa Hart of the Colorado Supreme Court and the Honorable Todd Taylor of the Division 1 Water Court. Mary is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Sarah Walker: A former summer law clerk at Davis Graham, Sarah will focus her practice on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate governance. Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and her B.A. in public policy from William & Mary, where she also studied abroad during her undergraduate studies at the Lorenzo de’ Medici Institute in Florence, Italy. During law school, Sarah was a law clerk at the Colorado Municipal League, where she supported the legal department by researching legal questions related to state and local government, responding to inquiries from municipalities throughout Colorado, and writing legal articles for CML publications. Sarah is admitted to practice in Colorado.
