Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Stephanie Danner, Lauren Gulley, and Molly Kokesh will become partners of the firm, effective January 1, 2026.

Stephanie Danner focuses her practice primarily on registered funds, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and closed-end funds. Stephanie also advises private investment fund sponsors with respect to fund formation as well as other clients regarding investments in private fund structures, including fund of funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and other alternative assets. Stephanie serves on the Colorado Symphony’s Associate Board and is a Colorado Symphony Crescendo Society member. She is also a member of the Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado’s Associates Campaign Board and is a graduate of ACG Denver Leadership 20 leadership program. Stephanie earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her B.A. from Bentley University.

Lauren Gulley has a robust commercial real estate practice, advising investors, developers, and major companies on acquisitions and dispositions of a wide range of commercial properties and real estate portfolios. Her work includes negotiating and closing complex transactions involving office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and hospitality assets, as well as guiding clients through all aspects of commercial title and survey review, title insurance matters, and related risk allocation. She also represents both landlords and tenants in negotiating industrial, office, and retail leases, and counsel’s clients developing data center projects on title, access, easements, and related issues. Lauren is active in the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, participates in the Colorado General Counsel Mentor Program, is a 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow, and serves on the Board of Directors of REVEL. She earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and her B.A. from The University of the South (Sewanee).

Molly Kokesh represents clients in high-stakes environmental and natural resources disputes from early case assessment through trial and appeal. She has extensive experience handling contract disputes, class action royalty cases, and matters under CERCLA and the Clean Water Act. Molly has represented clients in trial and appellate courts nationwide, including before the U.S. Supreme Court. In 2021, Law Week Colorado named Molly an “Up and Coming Lawyer” for her work on complex appeals, and she has been named a Colorado Rising Star by Thomson Reuters each year since 2023. Molly earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She received her B.A. from Augustana University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
