Lauren Gulley is a senior associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice encompasses a variety of commercial real estate matters. Prior to joining the Davis Graham Real Estate Group, she practiced at two South Carolina real estate law firms. There, she worked primarily on commercial real estate development and financing transactions throughout the southeast region.

Lauren has extensive experience in advising real estate developers, investors, lenders, purchasers, and sellers with regard to commercial financing, land use and development, planned unit developments, construction, real estate title insurance, and all aspects of structuring commercial loan and business transactions. She also works with both commercial landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of leases for a variety of commercial properties.

Lauren received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from The University of the South (Sewanee). She previously served as President of Commercial Real Estate Women’s local Charleston chapter. Lauren is an active member the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She also recently participated in the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce Mentor Program for 2023-2024. She is on the Board of Directors of REVEL.
