Sole counsel for sellers in the sale of 100% of the membership interests in K Ranch, LLC, an operating ranch and hunting haven sited on 14,300 deeded acres with an additional 45,000 leased acres in Moffat County and Uintah County, Utah.
Serving as purchaser’s counsel in the acquisition of Slash Bar Ranch sited on 2300 acres +/- in Archuleta County.
Purchaser’s counsel in the acquisition/development and conservation planning for a former, 500 acre dude ranch located in Routt County.
Purchaser’s counsel in the acquisition of Marietta Creek Ranch, sited on 1500 acres +/- in Grand County.
Purchaser’s counsel in the acquisition and conservation planning for Round Mountain Ranch, sited on 1100 deeded acres +/- in Routt County.
Owner’s counsel in conservation planning for Hartong Ranch, sited on 3000 acres +/- in Archuleta County.
Currently serving as seller’s counsel in the sale of a 2,500 acre +/- “gentlemen’s ranch” (Colorado location – confidential), valued at $145,000,000.
