Serving as purchaser’s counsel in the acquisition of Slash Bar Ranch sited on 2300 acres +/- in Archuleta County.

Purchaser’s counsel in the acquisition/development and conservation planning for a former, 500 acre dude ranch located in Routt County.

Purchaser’s counsel in the acquisition of Marietta Creek Ranch, sited on 1500 acres +/- in Grand County.

Purchaser’s counsel in the acquisition and conservation planning for Round Mountain Ranch, sited on 1100 deeded acres +/- in Routt County.

Owner’s counsel in conservation planning for Hartong Ranch, sited on 3000 acres +/- in Archuleta County.

Currently serving as seller’s counsel in the sale of a 2,500 acre +/- “gentlemen’s ranch” (Colorado location – confidential), valued at $145,000,000.
