Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is excited to announce that Addison May Zahn has joined the firm as an associate in the Trial & Appellate Group. Addison has represented clients in complex commercial litigation across a range of industries, including energy and natural resources, real estate, financial services, and construction. Her practice encompasses disputes involving business torts, real property issues, energy-related disputes, and defending personal injury claims. She has significant experience in dispositive motion practice and managing all phases of discovery. In addition, Addison is experienced in handling appellate matters and briefing complex legal issues on appeal. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and Texas.
Prior to joining the firm, Addison practiced commercial litigation at an Am Law 100 firm in Dallas, Texas. She most recently served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kathryn A. Starnella of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Addison earned her J.D., summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Texas Tech University School of Law. During law school, she served on the executive board of the Texas Tech Law Review and worked as a student attorney in the Texas Tech Law Innocence Clinic.
