Denver, Colorado — Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that David M. Hrovat has joined the firm’s Property Rights Group as Counsel. David’s experience enhances the team’s ability to leverage its unique blend of real estate expertise and litigation prowess to solve the most challenging property disputes.
David focuses his practice on real estate-related litigation, including purchase agreements, construction, and oil and gas disputes. David is a creative and strategic litigator with broad geographical experience. He has managed all aspects of complex litigation matters across state and federal courts (including bankruptcy court) from California to New York and the District of Columbia.
Prior to joining the firm, David practiced at litigation firms in New York and Denver. David earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and his B.A. (cum laude) from Bridgewater College. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, New York, and the District of Columbia, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
