Jeff Larson is Counsel in the Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions Group at Davis Graham. He focuses his practice on trademark and copyright law, advising national and international clients across a broad range of industries on brand protection strategies. Jeff provides practical, business-oriented counsel on trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, portfolio management, licensing, and anti-counterfeiting matters.

Jeff has significant experience managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, advising on branding initiatives, and developing enforcement strategies, including anti-counterfeiting efforts and multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution. He also counsels clients on marketing, sponsorship, and collaboration matters and works closely with foreign counsel to implement cohesive global trademark strategies.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Jeff practiced in the Colorado offices of two national law firms, where he advised global product and entertainment brands on trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and related portfolio strategies. Earlier in his career, he served as brand counsel for General Electric, managing key trademark portfolios and helping strengthen internal trademark processes and portfolio management systems.

Jeff earned his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property, and his B.A. from Washington State University.
