DENVER – July 13, 2026 – Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Kristin Lentz, the firm’s co-managing partner and a partner in its Transactions Department, has been appointed to the Mile High United Way Board of Trustees. The appointment reflects Kristin’s ongoing dedication to civic engagement and advancing opportunities throughout the Denver region.

As a member of the Board of Trustees, Kristin will support Mile High United Way’s mission to create opportunities for children, individuals and families across our community through its focus on early childhood development, education, basic needs and economic mobility. The Board helps guide the organization’s financial and programmatic priorities and advance its community impact initiatives.

Kristin has served as co-managing partner of Davis Graham since 2017 and focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, debt financing transactions, and outside corporate counsel matters for companies across a range of industries. In addition to her leadership at Davis Graham, she serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Lex Mundi, the world’s leading network of independent law firms.
