Lauren Gulley is a senior associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice encompasses a variety of commercial real estate matters. She has extensive experience advising investors, developers, and large companies in a variety of real estate matters, including large scale renewable energy projects, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, hospitality transactions and real estate title insurance. In connection with her leasing practice, she has extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of industrial, office and retail leases. In connection with her renewable energy practice, she has represented clients developing wind and solar projects, and helps them navigate title issues, access, easements, and leases.

Lauren received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from The University of the South (Sewanee). Prior to joining the Davis Graham Real Estate Group, she practiced at two South Carolina real estate law firms. There, she worked primarily on commercial real estate development and financing transactions throughout the southeast region.

CURRENT AFFILIATIONS

Outside of the office, Lauren is an active member the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She is currently participating in the 2024-2025 Colorado General Counsel Mentor Program, is a 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow, and serves on the Board of Directors of REVEL. During her free time, Lauren helps coach the Denver Girls Athletic Leadership School’s high school basketball team.

PREVIOUS AFFILIATIONS

Lauren previously served as President of Commercial Real Estate Women’s local Charleston chapter and completed the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce Mentor Program for 2023-2024.
