Aditi, a partner in the Trial Group at Davis Graham, focuses her practice on all stages of commercial litigation, covering a broad range of industries, including energy, technology, public utilities, and private equity. She has successfully defended corporate and individual clients against claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, conspiracy, fraud, negligence, and other tort claims. Aditi has extensive experience in environmental litigation as well as in representing clients during SEC, DOJ, and other government investigations.
Beyond her courtroom accomplishments, Aditi is a visible leader in professional organizations and a passionate advocate for meaningful change. As a Board Member at Large for SABA Colorado, she has championed initiatives that uplift the South Asian legal community and support the broader Colorado community through strategic programming and advocacy.
