Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Amanda Snavely has joined the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group. Her practice will continue to have an emphasis on all aspects of bankruptcy, business restructuring, and related transactions.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Ms. Snavely was a law clerk in the Denver office of a boutique business law firm. While there, she worked on various complex commercial litigation matters and corporate transactions. Earlier, Ms. Snavely was a law clerk in the legal department of a Denver-based luxury travel company, where she gained experience in general business and real estate law. Before that, Ms. Snavely completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Kristen L. Mix of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Ms. Snavely received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida. During law school, she earned several merit-based academic awards and served as an academic achievement leader for a second-year torts course and an orientation leader for new students. In addition, Ms. Snavely was the vice president and director of community outreach for the Student Trial Lawyers Association, where she coached first-year students on developing trial skills.
