DENVER – August 13, 2025 – Davis Graham is pleased to announce that Dorian Panchyson and Ted Solley have joined the firm. Dorian will be joining the Trial Group as a senior associate, and Ted will join as of counsel in the Employment & Labor Group. Their collective experience will further strengthen the firm’s capabilities when assisting clients with commercial litigation and employment law matters.

Dorian Panchyson focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. He represents a diverse range of clients, including national and international energy companies, utilities, financial institutions, and service providers. Dorian has extensive experience handling cases in various jurisdictions across the U.S. Prior to joining Davis Graham, Dorian practiced in the New York office of an international law firm, where he successfully facilitated favorable settlements for clients across multiple sectors, including global energy, renewable power, and clean technology. Dorian earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and his B.A. from Wilfred Laurier University. Dorian is admitted to practice in Colorado, Idaho, and New York, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Ted Solley is not admitted to practice in ColoradoHe is admitted to practice in Georgia and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Ted’s practice has an emphasis on employment law. He has appeared in judicial and administrative proceedings nationwide, defending management and executives against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant violations. He also counsels multi-state and national employers on policies, procedures, transactional matters, and employment disputes. Prior to joining Davis Graham, Ted practiced in an Atlanta-based boutique law firm where he was instrumental in resolving over 350 employment disputes nationwide for a Fortune 50 financial institution. He earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Richmond.
