Adrienne Kovac and Christina Smith have joined the Finance & Acquisitions Department, Jessica Fredrickson and Hayden Weaver have joined the Natural Resources Department, and Robin Gresko, Kathleen Pritchard, and Alex White have joined the Trial Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP as associates.
Jessica Fredrickson
Ms. Fredrickson’s practice focuses mostly on title examination for oil and gas matters. She attended Kansas State University where she majored in Political Science and minored in English. Ms. Fredrickson is also a recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, she clerked for the Western District of Oklahoma in the civil division and worked as a research assistant. Ms. Fredrickson is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Robin Gresko
Ms. Gresko’s practice focuses on litigation and trial matters. She attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as an executive editor of the Virginia Law Review. Ms. Gresko was also a member of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, where she drafted amicus briefs and merits briefs to be filed with the U.S. Supreme Court. Prior to joining Davis Graham, she clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth L. Harris on the Colorado Court of Appeals. Before attending law school, she interned in the revenue management and analytics department of the Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Gresko received her B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from the University of Colorado. She is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Adrienne Kovac
Ms. Kovac’s practice focuses on merger and acquisition transactions, securities and capital markets transactions, and general corporate matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she was a John A. Cross Memorial Scholarship recipient for scholastic achievement. During law school, Ms. Kovac clerked for the Honorable Kristen L. Mix of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and served as a legal writing teaching assistant. She received her B.A. from the University of Colorado and graduated magna cum laude. Ms. Kovac is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Kathleen Pritchard
Ms. Pritchard’s practice focuses on litigation and trial matters. Prior to joining Davis Graham, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sam Sparks at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. Ms. Pritchard received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she graduated with high honors and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Ms. Pritchard was awarded the Beck Award for Legal Research and Writing Excellence and Dean’s Achievement Awards in Legal Writing, Environmental Law, and Oil and Gas Law. She received her B.A. from Wake Forest University with a degree in Political Science and minors in Environmental Science and Biology. Ms. Pritchard is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Texas. She is not admitted in Colorado but her application for admission is pending.
Christina Smith
Ms. Smith’s practice focuses on merger and acquisition transactions, securities and capital markets transactions, and general corporate matters. She received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and spent a summer as an intern for the Honorable Marco A. Hernandez of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. Ms. Smith received her B.A. in International Studies from the University of Washington. She is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Hayden Weaver
Mr. Weaver’s practice focuses on the oil and gas and natural resources industries as well as mining and public lands projects. While in law school, he completed an externship with the U.S. Department of the Interior and served as a law clerk for the State of Utah’s Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office, where he researched public lands issues. Mr. Weaver also earned a Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation scholarship and worked as a research assistant. He received his B.A. from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School. Mr. Weaver is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Alex White
Mr. White’s practice focuses on litigation, trial, and appeals. Before joining Davis Graham, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn B. McHugh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and to the Honorable William W. Hood, III of the Colorado Supreme Court. Mr. White received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, served as an articles editor of the University of Colorado Law Review, and was a member of the National Moot Court Team. He received his B.A. in Writing from Ithaca College. Mr. White is admitted to practice in Colorado.
