Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP partner Al Givray is speaking at the HAI HELI-EXPO 2017. The event, being held at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas, is the premier global helicopter industry conference drawing more than 20,000 attendees from around the world. Mr. Givray is speaking on March 7, 2017, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, at a “Get the Facts” session on Buying, Selling, or Forming a Joint Venture Helicopter Business, Big or Small where he will sit on a panel with two other industry experts, Sarah MacLeod (Obadal, Filler, MacLeod & Klein, P.L.C.) and Brian Karpiel (Investment Banking), to discuss the elements of a helicopter M&A deal from start to finish – first from the seller’s perspective and then from the buyer’s perspective. The panel will also address the elements of forming a helicopter joint venture.

This presentation will be at the HAI Connect Pavilion, located on the expo floor in Booth #4504 in Hall C at the at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. The HAI Connect Pavilion is new this year. For the first time at HAI HELI-EXPO®, attendees will be able to enjoy three days of demonstrations, presentations, and meetings on a range of subjects — all right on the show floor. HAI Connect will be held in a clearly marked space carved out of the exhibitor floor with theater-style seating for 80-85 on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees do not have to pre-register for HAI Connect sessions.
