Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Makenna Johnson and Chelsea Reinhard have joined the Davis Graham Property Rights Group. Their collective experience will further enhance the firm’s capability to assist clients with a comprehensive range of real estate needs.
Makenna Johnson, who is admitted to practice in Colorado, has joined the firm as an associate. Ms. Johnson’s practice focuses on eminent domain, land use, and other real estate-related dispute resolution and litigation. Prior to joining Davis Graham, Ms. Johnson was an associate at a boutique law firm specializing in eminent domain matters. Her expertise in this area enables her to represent property owners and condemning authorities in eminent domain proceedings, including appraisal review, negotiation of possession, and litigation. While earning her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, she was a Property Rights Fellow, the Membership and Alumni Coordinator for the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, and a recipient of the American Bar Association State & Local Government Law Award. Ms. Johnson earned her B.A. in Political Science with minors in Communication and Pre-law from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
Chelsea Reinhard joins Davis Graham as an associate. Her practice has an emphasis on property rights and real estate litigation. Before joining the firm, Ms. Reinhard was a litigation associate in the Denver office of a regional law firm. While there, she utilized her real estate and construction experience to represent owners, architects, contractors, and subcontractors in multi-million-dollar commercial, multi-family, and high-end residential disputes. Ms. Reinhard has experience in all stages of litigation and across diverse real property issues. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and earned her B.A. in Journalism with a minor in German from Angelo State University. Ms. Reinhard is admitted to practice in Colorado and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. In her free time, Ms. Reinhard enjoys hiking, backpacking, and rock climbing.
