DENVER – October 2, 2024 – Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Emily Golz has rejoined the firm as a staff attorney. Emily’s practice will continue to have a focus on litigation.

Emily brings to the firm extensive experience in all phases of litigation, ranging from pre-litigation risk advising to handling discovery disputes, depositions, motions practice, and post-trial motions and appeals. Before rejoining Davis Graham, she worked as an associate at a regional law firm and as an adjunct professor at the University of Montana – Missoula College. Earlier in her career, she was a law clerk for Chief Justice Brian D. Boatright of the Colorado Supreme Court.

Emily received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she served as the Senior Forum Editor for the Denver Law Review, a teaching assistant for property law, and a student representative for the Colorado Supreme Court’s Well-Being Task Force. During her time in law school, she was a summer associate in the Davis Graham Advocacy Department. Emily also holds a B.A. from the University of Montana, where she was an accomplished NCAA Division I track and field competitor. She is a former participant of the Colorado Diverse Attorney Community Circle (CODACC) Leadership Program and has served on the board of trustees for Savio, a local non-profit organization.
