Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Stephen A. Snow has joined the firm as an associate in the Environmental & Public Lands Group. Stephen is admitted to practice in Colorado and Texas.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Stephen clerked for the Honorable Scott T. Varholak of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the Honorable Nathan L. Hecht, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Texas. His previous experience also includes summer internships with the Southern Environmental Law Center in Chapel Hill, NC, and the Sierra Club’s Environmental Law Program in Washington, DC. Earlier in his career, Stephen served as a research consultant for the Environmental Defense Fund, where he focused on community emergency preparedness programs.
Stephen received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, graduating with Highest Honors. During law school, Stephen earned several awards, including the Dean’s Achievement Awards in Civil Procedure, Jurisdiction and Judgments, Introduction to Intellectual Property, and Regulating Energy Markets. In addition, he also served as the chief content editor for the Texas Law Review. He received his B.A. in history with a minor in philosophy and religion from Auburn University.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Stephen is a licensed private pilot with an instrument rating. He is also an avid endurance athlete, frequently competing in ultramarathons, marathons, and gravel bike races.
