Pay equity, gender parity, and racial equality are all lofty and worthwhile goals that people have been pursuing for decades. But the prevalence of diversity and inclusion initiatives without corresponding progress has left many individuals feeling tired and discouraged. This sense of constant talk with little to no advancement is known as “diversity fatigue.” Fortunately, there are practical strategies that people can implement to overcome diversity fatigue and ultimately change the status quo. Please join four remarkable women in a candid discussion on how to reboot diversity and inclusion efforts and turn small gains into big successes.

Speakers for this program will include:

  • Lauren Casteel, President & CEO, Women’s Foundation of Colorado (Moderator)
