Erin Mooney

Erin’s practice focuses on corporate transactional law, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, securities law, and other general corporate matters across a range of industries.
Erin earned her J.D. and a certificate in Corporate Commercial Law from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she graduated Order of the Coif. Erin also holds a B.A. in communications from the University of South Carolina.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Erin worked as a summer law clerk in the firm’s Corporate & Business Advisory Group, gaining experience in mergers & acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance matters. During law school, Erin also worked with the in-house legal departments of various holding enterprises to review and negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with SEC regulations, and advise on recapitalization efforts.
Outside her practice, Erin enjoys hiking in the Colorado mountains with her black lab and reading a good book.
