Jonathan Goldstein is a partner in the Real Estate Group of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. He represents clients in acquisitions, dispositions, construction and development, financing, and leasing of real property interests nationwide across a range of industries, including hospitality, technology, and energy. He also advises private companies more generally in complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and commercial contracts.

Jonathan currently serves on the board of directors for the Colorado Lawyers Committee. He is a member to the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s 2023 Leadership Denver Program and is a graduate of the Spring 2022 class of Impact Denver. Jonathan previously served on the Colorado Lawyer’s Committee Young Lawyer’s Division Board as Co-Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee. Additionally, he was a participant in Downtown Denver Partnership’s 2018 Leadership Program and is a member of the William E. Doyle Inn of Court and the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. In 2022-2023, he was named among the Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in the area of Real Estate Law. He was also recognized as a “Rising Star” by Colorado Super Lawyers.

Before joining Davis Graham, Jonathan served as law clerk to the Honorable Daniel M. Taubman on the Colorado Court of Appeals and was a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Peru.
