Will Soper is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where his practice encompasses a variety of commercial real estate matters. Prior to joining the Davis Graham Real Estate Group, he worked as an associate in the Denver office of a national law firm. While earning his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, Will interned at the Denver City Attorney’s Office and assisted city attorneys with legal research pertaining to real estate, contractual, and public finance matters. He also worked as a student attorney at the sustainable community development clinic in Boulder.
Before pursuing a career as an attorney and after receiving his B.A. from the University of Virginia and M.S. from the University of Iowa, Will spent five years as an urban planner. He first worked for the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and later for the Denver Regional Council of Governments.
Will is a graduate of the 2022 Downtown Denver Leadership Program. Outside of his practice, Will is actively involved in sustainable farming initiatives and currently serves as vice president of the board of Soper Farms Inc., an 800-acre organic farm in northwest Iowa. He also serves as the secretary for the board of directors for Lucky to Ride, a non-profit organization dedicated to getting underserved and at-risk youth on bikes.
