Will Soper is an associate in the Real Estate group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. His practice encompasses a broad range of transactional commercial real estate matters, including land acquisitions and development, dispositions and commercial leasing. Will provides invaluable advice to his developer clients because of his practical approach to the issues and experience as an urban planner prior to attending law school. In addition, he provides real estate specialist support for sophisticated corporate merger and acquisition transactions.
Prior to joining the Davis Graham Real Estate Group, he worked as an associate in the Denver office of a national law firm, representing local- and national-scale builders and industrial developers.
Outside of his practice, Will is actively involved in sustainable farming initiatives and is a past-president of the board of Soper Farms Inc., an 800-acre organic farm in northwest Iowa. He also serves as the secretary for the board of directors for Lucky to Ride, a non-profit organization dedicated to getting underserved and at-risk youth on bikes.
