David M. Hrovat is Counsel in the Property Rights Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. David focuses his practice on real estate-related litigation, including purchase agreements, construction, and oil and gas disputes. David is a creative and strategic litigator with broad geographical experience. He has managed all aspects of complex litigation matters across state and federal courts (including bankruptcy court) from California to New York and the District of Columbia.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, David practiced at litigation firms in New York and Denver. David earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and his B.A. (cum laude) from Bridgewater College. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
