Serving as lead counsel in the structuring and development of a large mixed-use commercial entertainment based district in the Denver metro area, valued at $150,000,000.
Serving as lead counsel for a national equipment and service supplier to the industrial and oil and gas industries in the acquisition of approximately 45 acres of property and the design and construction of a consolidated warehouse, assembly, training, and maintenance facility/campus near Casper, Wyoming, valued at over $85,000,000.
BMC Investments in the redevelopment of Clayton Lane in Cherry Creek North, Denver; the development of the Milwaukee – 242-299 initiative, comprising a mixed-use development of office and over 300 apartment units; and the redevelopment of a 20-story office building located on the 16th Street Mall.
