Abbey Wallach has joined the Trial Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. She specializes in complex commercial, employment, and products liability litigation. Her practice includes discrimination and harassment defense; insurance, breach of contract, breach of employment agreement, and appellate litigation; and internal investigations.
Ms. Wallach received her undergraduate degree in history from The College of New Jersey, where she graduated magna cum laude, and was a member of the NCAA cross country and track teams for four years. Ms. Wallach received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School where she was a member of the national moot court team and received the Austin W. Scott Best Oralist Award in the Rothgerber Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining Davis Graham, she was an associate at a boutique Denver litigation firm and clerked for Judge Gale Miller (ret.) of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
Ms. Wallach is deeply committed to community service and pro bono work. She serves on both the Board of Directors and Young Professionals Council for the Rose Andom Center. Ms. Wallach also mentors a college student through the Law School Yes We Can program, and coaches law school moot court. She is admitted to practice in the state of Colorado.
