Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has added two associates to its Finance & Acquisitions Department: Caitlin Cronin Woodward and Cornelia Szymanski. Ms. Cronin Woodward is admitted to practice law in Colorado. Ms. Szymanski is not admitted to practice law in Colorado but her application for admission is pending; she is currently admitted to practice in New York. Their experience will further strengthen the firm’s capabilities when assisting clients with a variety of transactional matters.
Caitlin Cronin Woodward: Ms. Cronin Woodward’s practice focuses on commercial transactions, primarily in the technology industry. She has experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, financing documents, licensing agreements, corporate organizational documents, and trademark applications. She is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Colorado Law School, where she teaches a transactional drafting course for 2L and 3L students. Prior to joining Davis Graham, she practiced at a boutique Denver law firm and served as in-house counsel at a cybersecurity company. Ms. Cronin Woodward received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and her B.A. from Syracuse University.
Cornelia Szymanski:
Ms. Szymanski’s practice has an emphasis on public companies, corporate governance, and capital markets, including public and private securities offerings. She has advised public companies on SEC reporting and stock exchange requirements. Prior to joining Davis Graham, she was an associate in the Capital Markets Group in the New York office of a financial services law firm. Ms. Szymanski received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.S. from The College of New Jersey. During law school, she served as editor-in-chief of the Seton Hall Law Review and participated in the Leadership Fellows Program.
