Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that David S. Denious has joined the firm as a partner. His practice will continue to have an emphasis on leveraged acquisitions and dispositions and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Denious is admitted to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania, and Wyoming; he is not currently admitted to practice law in Colorado.

Mr. Denious has an extensive portfolio of experience in advising corporate clients on complex, multibillion-dollar mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances. A widely published author, Mr. Denious regularly advises private equity firms and other financial sponsors in structuring and completing platform, add-on, recapitalization, and exit transactions, also providing counsel on the debt and equity financing used to complete such transactions. His clients have hailed from a range of industries, including technology, health care, consumer products, and industrial manufacturing.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Mr. Denious was a partner in the Philadelphia offices of two international law firms. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. in English from Amherst College. He has been ranked by Chambers USA in the Corporate/M&A (Pennsylvania) and Private Equity (Pennsylvania) practice areas since 2004.
