Davis Graham occupies approximately 80,000 square feet on the top three floors of this eight-story building, which targets LEED Gold certification. Of this space, approximately 4,000 square feet is dedicated to outdoor patio areas, while the remaining area consists of modern office space that harmoniously blends a sophisticated aesthetic with the neighborhood’s historic industrial charm.
