Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Alena Weicher has joined the firm as an associate in the Trial Group. Alena is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Alena represents clients in product liability, premises liability, and healthcare professional liability matters, with a practice focused on complex litigation through trial and appeal. She has experience managing matters through all phases of discovery and case development, including drafting dispositive motions, preparing and defending depositions, coordinating with expert witnesses, and developing overall case strategy.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Alena served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Robert Lochary of Colorado’s First Judicial District Court and the Honorable Elizabeth Brodsky of Colorado’s Twentieth Judicial District Court. She earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, an M.A. in Education from Dominican University, an M.A. in 18th-Century British Literature from Northwestern University, and a B.A. from Boston College.
Before pursuing a legal career, Alena spent more than a decade as a high school English teacher. Her background in teaching and writing informs her thoughtful, practical approach to advocacy and client service.
