Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Brandee Caswell, Zachary D. Detra, and Jonathan W. Rauchway
have joined the firm’s Executive Committee.

“Davis Graham is excited to welcome three proven leaders to join the firm’s Executive Committee,” said Davis Graham managing partner Kristin L. Lentz. “Their years of legal experience and dedication to serving their peers have had a significant impact on the success of the firm. We are very much looking forward to their input and ideas as new members of the committee.”

Brandee Caswell leads the firm’s Property Rights Group. Ms. Caswell brings decades of experience in complex real estate advocacy and eminent domain to Davis Graham clients. Delivering a unique blend of real estate knowledge and litigation prowess to solve the most challenging property disputes is her specialty. Ms. Caswell leverages her real estate expertise and acumen as an advocate to resolve complex disputes. She is a seasoned trial lawyer who has litigated in state and federal court in diverse jurisdictions, including Colorado, California, Illinois, Florida, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming. Ms. Caswell received her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law and her B.A. from Colorado State University. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.

Zachary D. Detra is a partner in the Corporate & Business Advisory Group of Davis Graham, where he also co-chairs one of the firm’s two departments. Mr. Detra represents clients in transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, private fund formation and investments, partnership and operating agreements, entity structuring, and other commercial contracts. While he has experience in a broad range of industries all over the world and regards his practice as being industry agnostic, Mr. Detra’s practice has included transactions involving private equity, the purchase, sale, lease, operation, and maintenance of aircraft and helicopters; manufacturing and product distribution; real estate development and financing; equipment purchases, leasing and financings; technology and intellectual property; startup and early stage business; and international considerations. He is a member of the 2018 class of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Leadership Denver program and was named among the Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2018.

Jonathan W. Rauchway is a partner at Davis Graham, where he currently serves as the head of the Environmental & Public Lands Group. He defends class-action and mass-joinder lawsuits alleging environmental contamination based on common-law theories and represents plaintiffs and defendants in litigation involving CERCLA, the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, and related state statutes. He also handles litigation involving nearly all aspects of the energy and mining industries, such as disputes over royalty payments, operating agreements, and ownership interests. In addition to his work in trial courts, he is an experienced appellate advocate, having argued appeals before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Ninth, and Tenth Circuits, as well as state appellate courts in Colorado and elsewhere. Mr. Rauchway currently serves on the Denver Botanic Gardens Board of Trustees and on the Institute for Energy Law Board of Advisors. In 2023, he was named “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers® in Product Liability Litigation – Defendants.
