Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Kyle Holter has joined the firm’s Trial Department as an associate. He is currently admitted to practice law in Colorado and New York.
At Davis Graham, Mr. Holter’s practice will focus on complex commercial litigation and appeals. Prior to arriving at the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn B. McHugh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and to Justice Richard L. Gabriel of the Colorado Supreme Court. He previously worked as a litigation associate at an international law firm in New York.
Mr. Holter received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and his B.A. from Vassar College. During law school, he served on the board of student advisers as a teaching assistant for legal research and writing.
