Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Lindsey P. Folcik has joined the newly formed Property Rights Group as an associate. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado.
Ms. Folcik’s practice focuses on land use, eminent domain, special districts, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. Prior to joining Davis Graham, she began her career in private practice as an associate with an international law firm. She previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lino Lipinsky de Orlov of the Colorado Court of Appeals. As an appellate law clerk, she researched and drafted numerous opinions on a broad range of complex civil and criminal matters.
While earning her J.D. from the William & Mary Law School, Ms. Folcik served as the lead articles editor for the William & Mary Law Review and earned the ABA State and Local Government Law Award in 2020. In addition, she gained legal experience as an extern for a national law firm in Williamsburg, Virginia, and as a summer associate for a Colorado-based firm specializing in a variety of business-related enterprises. Ms. Folcik received her B.A. in International Affairs and French from the University of Colorado.
