Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Nick Eaton has joined the Trial Department as an associate. He is currently admitted to practice law in Colorado.
At Davis Graham, Mr. Eaton’s practice will have an emphasis on complex commercial litigation. He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Nina Y. Wang of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, where he was responsible for managing a caseload encompassing complex commercial litigation, constitutional and civil rights violations, and labor and employment disputes at all phases of litigation.
Mr. Eaton received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and his B.A. from the University of Colorado. During law school, he served as an articles editor for the Colorado Law Review and participated in the Natural Resources Clinic, assisting legal counsel for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe in matters relating to toxic torts on the Reservation. He also represented Colorado juveniles as a legal intern for the Colorado Juvenile Defender Center. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Eaton worked for a Denver nonprofit organization endeavoring to fulfill senior citizens’ most ardent dreams, whether visiting one of the war memorials in Washington, D.C. or throwing the first pitch at a Major League Baseball game.
