DENVER – November 17, 2022 – Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Ryan P. Mahoney has joined the firm as an associate. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado and California.
Mr. Mahoney’s practice focuses on corporate transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate matters. He previously practiced in Northern California and, most recently, in the Denver office of an international law firm. There, he conducted due diligence and drafted agreements on mergers and acquisitions, including public company transactions. He also counseled public, private, and emerging growth company clients on securities law compliance, corporate governance, and other transactional matters.
Mr. Mahoney received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and his B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University. During law school, he participated in the 1L Summer Honors Program with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Denver. He also served as a legal intern at Ball Corporation, a Fortune 500 company.
