Veronica (Roni) Vogt is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in the Corporate & Business Group. Roni focuses her practice on construction, real estate, and oil and gas matters.
Roni brings a unique blend of legal and engineering experience and project management skills to the firm, which helps shape her approach to law. Prior to joining Davis Graham, Roni’s practice concentrated on transactional commercial construction and real estate law. Before attending law school, Roni worked as a petroleum reservoir engineer, a role she held for five years in Texas and Colorado, gaining valuable industry insight into regulatory frameworks, project development, and operational challenges. This experience informs her ability to navigate the complex legal issues faced by her clients.
Roni received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she also completed a Certificate in Corporate Commercial Law. She earned her B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, with a minor in Geological Engineering.
