Samuel Goold is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. His practice focuses on corporate governance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Samuel was an associate in the St. George, Utah, office of an international law firm, where he represented public and private companies in numerous M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side across a broad range of industries such as insurance, life sciences, and technology. He is well-versed in securities matters and has experience drafting and filing various SEC documents, including Forms F-4, S-1, S-3, S-8, 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K.

Samuel received his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School of Brigham Young University and earned his B.S. in History from Dixie State University, now known as Utah Tech University. During law school, he was the lead editor for the Journal of Public Law and a member of the Corporate Law Society. Samuel also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court.
