Artificial intelligence tools are rapidly becoming embedded in corporate workflows and increasingly used by outside counsel — but these tools carry real and often underappreciated ethics and discovery risks. Designed especially for in-house counsel, this CLE focuses on practical privilege and confidentiality considerations when in-house counsel or their corporate teams use AI tools, including chatbots, meeting note-takers, and productivity copilots. This program will:

• Explore litigation discovery and privilege issues implicated by the corporate use of AI tools and provide recommendations to address the risks of such use;
• Discuss strategies to align outside counsel’s AI use with company expectations through appropriate questions and supervision; and
• Survey what courts and bar authorities are saying about the permissible—and impermissible—use of AI in legal practice.

Join Davis Graham for a Clean Energy Counsel webinar, “Updates to the GHG Emissions Credit Market in Colorado”.

Colorado’s Environmental Justice Act (HB 21-1266) mandates a 20% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from the State’s industrial and manufacturing sector by 2030 based on a 2015 baseline.  The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment recently implemented the Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Energy Management for Manufacturing in Colorado Rules (“GEMM 1” and “GEMM 2”) and the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Planning for Oil and Gas Midstream Fuel Combustion Equipment Rule (Midstream Rule) to achieve this statutory mandate.  This webinar will explain how these three regulatory programs enable facilities to generate, trade, and track emission reduction credits via the state’s Greenhouse Gas Crediting and Tracking System.  Attendees will learn key compliance pathways under each regulatory program, credit quantification and verification steps, auction mechanics, and practical considerations for participation in the auction. The program will also analyze results from Colorado’s first annual credit auction held in June 2025 and preview the implications for the next auction cycle.
