Pamela and Miriam bring a wealth of experience from a leading Denver-based boutique IP firm, enhancing Davis Graham’s bench in providing premier intellectual property and trademark services.

Pamela, a former trademark examining attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, possesses a broad range of experience in trademark law. Her practice spans all aspects of trademark prosecution, post-registration maintenance, and complex proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Pamela is adept in trademark clearance, enforcement, and developing international trademark portfolios. In addition, she is uniquely skilled in drafting a variety of intellectual property agreements and handling Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings.

Miriam specializes in trademark, copyright, and domain name law, offering comprehensive legal counsel in both domestic and international operations. Her practice includes trademark protection and maintenance, Ex Parte and Opposition/Cancellation proceedings, and advising clients on copyright law and domain name disputes. Recognized for her excellence, Miriam holds an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was honored as the 2020 Lawyer of the Year in Trademark Law by Best Lawyers.
