Davis Graham and Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Richard (Rick) Reichstein has joined the Davis Graham Real Estate Group as of counsel. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Illinois, and Wyoming.
Mr. Reichstein’s practice has a broad emphasis on real estate transaction law, which includes real estate development, commercial leasing, and lending. Prior to joining Davis Graham, he was senior counsel and partner in the Boulder officer of an international law firm. Through his extensive knowledge of real estate procedures, rules, and regulations, he provided zealous advocacy for the client’s rights and comprehensive legal services to help reach business objectives. Mr. Reichstein represents clients in all aspects of their real estate transactions, from preparing and negotiating purchase and sale contracts to documentation and closing. In his commercial leasing practice, he has successfully represented a number of property owners leasing millions of dollars of office, retail, mixed-use and industrial space in multiple buildings throughout northern Colorado, the Tech Center, and the Denver metro area, including assignment and subletting, changes in use, construction of tenant improvements, tenant defaults, and property damage and insurance matters.
Mr. Reichstein has expertise in helping borrowers obtain loans secured by real property for project acquisition and development in a range of commercial lending enterprises, such as shopping centers and retail, office building, mixed-use projects, industrial facilities, and housing and community development.
Mr. Reichstein graduated in the Order of St. Ives from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While earning his law degree, he was the research and technical editor of the Denver Law Review.
