Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Samuel Goold has joined the firm’s Business & Corporate Advisory Group. His practice will continue to focus on corporate governance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Mr. Goold was an associate in the St. George, Utah, office of an international law firm. During his time there, he represented public and private companies in a variety of industries involving mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general corporate matters. He is well-versed in securities matters and has experience drafting and filing various SEC documents, including Forms F-4, S-1, S-3, S-8, 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K.
Mr. Goold received his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School of Brigham Young University. He earned his B.S. in History from Dixie State University, now known as Utah Tech University. While in law school, Mr. Goold was the lead editor for the Journal of Public Law and a member of the Corporate Law Society. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court.
